To celebrate Sydney Fringe Festival, Endeavour Beer Co. have brewed a special New Orleans style Bourbon Ale exclusively available at their home brewery Tap Rooms.
The Endeavour Bourbon Ale is a modern interpretation of a true American classic.
The flavour is strong and malty with a rising dark chocolate character and a spicy note due to the rye malt used. The ale is a dark complex malty porter, with a medium spicy dark malt aroma with a hint of oaky bourbon and dash of resiny pine. The bourbon character is mild
but noticeable as is the oak.
