We’ve got a new beer brewing with a flavour that is one in a Melon!

Our new ‘Melon Wheat’ is the latest Something with Staff brew to hit the Tap Rooms! The beer is a summer fresh wheat beer perfect for the hot Sydney summer we’ve got happening ATM!

Ingredients: This beer is a combination of a wheat base with a significant amount of watermelon concentrate to provide the fruitless flavour of this beer!

Aroma: The aroma has an orange fruity scent with some mild white wine characteristics and some tropical fruitiness that come from the Astra hop and watermelon concentrates.

Taste: The flavour is dominated by the watermelon & the beer finishes quite smooth. A mild melon type flavour presents like a rockmelon & tart peach.

Food Pairings: This beer pairs well with our Cheese board, Free range chicken and our beetroot & green bean salad.
