Join us for Untamed Gourmet Month at Endeavour Tap Rooms
This October, discover the wild and wonderful flavours of Australia in The Rocks.
As part of The Rocks ‘Untamed Gourmet’ campaign & to celebrate our native flavours, we are putting on a special native-inspired menu that will be available to taste throughout October.
Kangaroo Tartare on a potato crisp – $16
Lamb Rump, grilled bush tomato, side salad & mountain pepper and thyme dressing – $24
Lemon Myrtle Teacake – $12
Wild Pepper Berry Saison
Endeavour Beer Co. have brewed a Wild Pepper Berry Saison for you to enjoy! The Saison is pink-tinted with native pepper berries added in the boil and in the fermenter to provide an interesting pepper character which goes well with the spiciness of the yeast. The wild rosella is from far north Queensland and it provides the colour and an interesting sweet floral aroma. A Saison is about the yeast character and therefore both the malt & hop characters are quite mild in this brew.
