Located within the building that once housed Sydney’s longest-running colonial hotel, Seaman’s, dating back to the 1800s, Tap Rooms is the first ever location for Endeavour Brewing Co.’s own brewery. It follows both brands’ unique philosophy of using all-Australian, seasonally-harvested ingredients with no preservatives.
